Product Issues
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has an issue caused by ZÜNA, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other solution depending on the situation and product availability.
Return Process for Approved Issues
Returns are only accepted when ZÜNA confirms that the product qualifies for a return due to an issue from our side.
Once approved, the return and resolution process generally takes 2–3 business days, excluding delivery time where applicable.
Important
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or improperly cared for may not qualify for a product-related claim.
Any resolution will be assessed based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the issue.
